Get your raffle ticket for a chance to hunt the 33,000 acre (51 sq mi) Zumwalt Prairie Preserve, one of North America’s largest remaining grasslands and is home to large protected Elk herds including 300+ class trophy bulls during the 2012 Chesnimus bull hunt Nov 3-11th, 2012. Preserve is located near the Snake River, Hells Canyon and the Wallowa Mountains in Northeast Oregon. Bull Elk Hunting Package includes the following: One of only two raffle winners with access to 33,000 acres of private property on the Zumwalt Prairie Preserve for the 2012 bull elk season to harvest one bull elk. The cost of the Landowner Preference bull elk tag and Oregon hunting license will be the responsibility of the raffle winner as well as food and lodging/camping arrangements. An expert guide familiar with the Zumwalt Prairie Preserve will guide the hunter and guests for 3 days. Transportation of harvest elk off the Preserve will be in accordance with Nature Conservancy policies. Residents and nonresidents may purchase raffle tickets. Raffle tickets are available for $25.00 each or 5 tickets for $100.00. Limited raffle ticket sales not to exceed $10,000.
