ex boyfriend bought it for me for christmas. dont want them anymore. neclace is 10k gold with a real sapphire in the center with 12 small diamonds around it and 5 more along the neckline. making that 22 diamonds. the earrings are 10k gold also but the sapphires are not real, they are lab created... still very nice and vibrant blue. the clasp on the necklace is broken so that will need to be taken to a jewlery store, but they wont charge more than 10-15 to fix that
