I am looking for tax business owners who are not Enrolled Agents, CPAs or Attorneys who are thinking about retiring or are not going to be taking the new required exam by IRS. I would like to absorb your existing clients and pay you for any clients that remain with me 33 1/3 percent of the tax preperation fee per year for those clients that remain with me for a period of three years. I am also open to listen to any of your terms or any reasonable business offer if you have a brick and mortor business.
